Shipping, Ordering and Out of Stock Items

Your satisfaction is our business. If the item(s) you are ordering are in stock at our retail location, these item(s) will be available for shipping or pick up next business day (when submitted before 2PM Mountain time).

If the item(s) you are ordering are not in stock, they will be ordered in for you. The website will indicate whether the item is eligible for ordering in(please note that some of our vendors are not set up to show their stock levels). If the item does not say "available online", the item has likely been discontinued and cannot be ordered once our stock level is gone. Some items/colors are released for a single season only, and are only available while quantities last. We will do our best to ensure discontinued items/colors are removed as quickly as possible, but a vendor discontinuing an item is beyond our control.

For items being ordered in, we will do our best to get these item(s) to you in a timely manner. Sometimes there are forces beyond our control, such as a backorder on the distributorís end. In these cases, we will contact you as soon as we are notified of a backorder. Generally, ordering in items can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the vendor and on the volume of orders we receive.

This is just an estimated time frame, sometimes it will be less, sometimes it could be more. We will put an order in with our vendors as soon as we have met their minimum quantities, and your order will be processed within a business day of receiving a shipment. We take pride in meeting your needs, and will do our best to get your orders out as soon as we can. We will also keep you up to date, via the email address you provide, when an order is being placed so you have a general idea when to expect your item(s).

If you have any questions about a particular order or the order process, please don't hesitate to contact us and we would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an address error or is refused at the door, we will issue you a refund once we receive the item back minus the original shipping cost AND the return shipping cost accrued to get the item back. (This cost will vary depending on your location, and is not flat rate.) You may checkout again but the shipping charges are not returnable so please double-check your address before checking out!

Choosing "pick up in store" as your shipping option enables you to come grab your order at the Bottoms Up Scrubs Red Deer location. You will receive an email notifying you when the order is ready to be picked up. If you come to the store before you are emailed, your order will not be ready and you will not be able to take it home with you. Please bring a copy of the order confirmation as well as photo ID. If someone is picking the order up for you please email or call to let us know. The staff in the store can not speed up the process of getting your order ready prior to a confirmation email, so please wait until you are contacted to pick up your order.
